From an insightful introduction by Laurence FRANSEN and the CFO Stephan Hersperger-Cremer, to an inspiring close with the CEO of Baloise LU, Dr. Christine Theodorovics, the event was a successful journey of discovery and learning.

The exploration took us through two dynamic workshops: Jonathan K. and his colleague unveiled the impact of innovation and new technologies on the insurance as wel as assurance landscape, while Salomé KOSKAS SERY and her colleague discussed the crucial role of Baloise in corporate social responsibility.

Next, we explored 'Wooden,' an inspiring, modern open-space office that embodies the ideal environment for collaboration, innovation, and growth — setting a benchmark for our future job standards.

The finale? A personal outro by the CEO of Baloise, sharing her global journey from student to leader in Luxembourg, leaving us inspired and eager for more.
